Product Introduction
The YW series vertical sump non-clogging sewage pump adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, which greatly improves solids handling capacity. It can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump inlet diameter and solid particles up to approximately 50% of the pump inlet diameter. The mechanical seal is made of new hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material and has been upgraded to a double-face mechanical seal, allowing it to operate continuously in an oil chamber for over 8,000 hours. The pump is of vertical construction, with the pump body submerged in liquid during operation, making it easy to start without the need for priming or air evacuation. It also features leak-free operation and can be submerged to depths ranging from 0.5 to 7 meters. The overall structure is reasonably designed with low noise, significant energy savings, and easy maintenance. The shaft coupling is advanced and reliable, with the pump connected to the motor via a flexible coupling. The pump shaft is precision-machined to ensure stable operation and provide an adequate safety margin. The pump can operate across the entire head range without risk of motor overload. An automatic liquid level control panel is available upon request, which automatically starts and stops the pump based on liquid level changes, eliminating the need for manual supervision and offering great convenience.

This pump is suitable for conveying solids-laden sewage and waste in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement plants, steel mills, power plants, coal processing, as well as municipal wastewater treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, and construction sites. It can also be used for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
