Product Introduction
These series offer high efficiency, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. They are suitable for conveying media containing solid particles (particle diameter less than one-quarter of the impeller passage). By changing the pump material (or the material of the wetted parts), sealing type, and adding a cooling system, they can also be used for conveying hot water, oil, corrosive media, or abrasive media.
Structural Features
The impellers of the ZD, ZDG, ZDF, ZDY, and ZMD series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are symmetrically arranged, which essentially eliminates axial thrust. Residual axial thrust is absorbed by a pair of back-to-back angular contact ball bearings. With no balancing device, there is no disc friction loss from a balancing disc or recirculation loss from balancing return flow. Consequently, pump efficiency is 5–14% higher than that of other multi-stage pumps in the same category. At the same time, various pump failures caused by balancing device malfunction are completely eliminated, significantly extending pump service life.
This series features an advanced sealing solution. Traditional mining multi-stage pumps typically use gland packing seals, which are resistant to solid particles but are prone to leakage during operation. Mechanical seals offer leak-free operation but have a very short service life when handling media containing solid particles. Our newly developed mining multi-stage pump adopts an advanced sealing solution that combines the advantages of both gland packing and mechanical seals, enabling long-term, leak-free operation in media containing solid particles. This sealing solution is a novel technology developed by our company specifically for wear resistance in solid-laden media.
The bearing housing never ingresses water. This technology, developed by our company, ensures that no liquid enters the bearing housing during pump operation or when stationary. This further extends bearing service life and reduces user maintenance costs.
