Product Introduction
The DT series desulfurization pumps, designed for FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) applications, are available in horizontal (DT) and vertical (TL) configurations. Featuring an axial-suction, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal design, they offer high efficiency, energy savings, excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance, low vibration and noise, reliable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. These pumps tolerate chloride ion concentrations up to 60,000 ppm and a pH range of 2.5–13. They are widely used for conveying limestone or gypsum slurry in desulfurization systems of thermal power plants, aluminum refineries, oil refineries, and other industries.
Structural Features of DT Series FGD Engineering Pumps
The DT series FGD Engineering pump is a horizontal desulfurization pump with a single-casing wet end consisting of the impeller, volute, back liner, stuffing box, liner, and shaft seal assembly. All flow passage components (impeller, volute, back liner, and liner) are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant cast alloys. The impeller is threaded onto the shaft.
The bearing assembly employs oil bath lubrication and mainly comprises the bearing housing, bearing cover, shaft, bearing bracket, bearing, bearing cap, spacer sleeve, nut, oil seal, and water slinger.
Structural Features of TL Series FGD Engineering Pumps
The TL series FGD Engineering pump is a vertical desulfurization pump. Its main components include the impeller, volute, back liner, bracket, support plate, shaft, bearing, and bearing housing. The impeller, volute, and back liner are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant cast alloys. The impeller is threaded onto the shaft, while the volute, bracket, and bearing housing are bolted together. The pump is connected to the motor via coupling or belt drive. Bearings are grease-lubricated.
