Product Introduction

The ZJ series is a self-developed single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump, available in horizontal (ZJ) and vertical (ZJL) configurations.
Made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, the pumps offer excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and impact. They feature high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, light weight, robust construction, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance.
This series is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles, with a maximum solids concentration by weight of 45% for mortar and 60% for ore slurry, and a medium temperature ≤60°C. This kind of pump can operate in multi-stage series and are widely used in power generation, metallurgy, coal, and building materials industries.
